1. Where are GP&MAX belts made?

Every GP&MAX belt is 100% handcrafted in Italy, in our workshop located in Pomigliano d’Arco, near Naples. Each piece is made by skilled artisans who carry forward generations of Italian leathercraft tradition.


2. What materials do you use?

We use only premium full-grain Italian leather — the strongest and most natural part of the hide. All leathers are vegetable-tanned and free from harmful chemicals. Hardware is made from nickel-free brushed steel, chosen for its strength and timeless appeal.


3. How long will my order take to arrive?

Estimated delivery times:
📦 United States: 5–7 business days
🌎 Canada & European Union: 5–12 business days

Processing time: 1–3 business days before shipment.
During holidays or high-volume periods, delivery may take slightly longer.


4. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Use the link provided to follow your shipment’s progress.
If you can’t locate the email, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us at support@gpmax-usa.com.


5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! GP&MAX proudly ships worldwide.
International shipping costs and times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.
Please note that customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.


6. What if my belt doesn’t fit?

No worries — we offer easy exchanges.
If you need a different size, simply contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@gpmaxleather.com and we’ll help arrange a smooth exchange.


7. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused belts in their original packaging.
To start a return or exchange, email support@gpmaxleather.com with your order number and reason for return.


8. Do GP&MAX belts have a warranty?

Yes — every belt comes with our Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee.
If your belt ever shows a defect in materials or workmanship, we’ll repair or replace it — no hassle, no fine print.


9. How should I care for my belt?

Avoid exposing your belt to excessive moisture or direct heat.
Use a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and, if desired, apply a neutral leather conditioner occasionally to maintain suppleness.
When not in use, hang or roll your belt loosely — never fold it sharply.


10. Are your buckles nickel-free and hypoallergenic?

Yes. All GP&MAX hardware is nickel-free, making it safe for sensitive skin and resistant to corrosion.
