At GP&MAX, we stand behind the quality of every belt we make. Each piece is handcrafted with care and built to last — but if something isn’t perfect, we’re here to make it right.


Exchanges

We offer free exchanges on all U.S. orders within 30 days of purchase.
If you need a different size or model, simply contact us at support@gpmax-usa.com, and we’ll help you process your exchange quickly and easily.

All belts must be returned in new, unworn condition with the original packaging intact. To ensure proper fit before wearing, hold the belt around your waist and overlap before fastening.


Returns for Refund

Returns for refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
A small $5.99 handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return processing and shipping costs.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return has been received and inspected.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin, simply email support@gpmaxleather.com with your order number and reason for return.
You’ll receive a pre-paid return label and step-by-step instructions.


International Orders

We currently ship worldwide from our U.S. facility in Florida.
Please note that international returns are not free, and customers are responsible for shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and international duties or import taxes cannot be refunded by GP&MAX. Please contact your local customs office for more details.


Final Sale Items

Products marked as Final Sale or Discontinued are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
This will always be clearly stated on the individual product page.
